Due to government legislation we have to charge extra for certain items which have to be handled by a specialist AATF contractor. These are detailed below.

We can remove almost anything that can be carried by two men. However, we can not remove certain Hazardous Materials, including paint or paint cans full of paint, noxious chemicals, solvents, motor oils, petrol cans, asbestos, raw meat and fish, medical or biological waste (including faeces), or any toxic substances.
Under normal circumstances we can collect same day / next day, we book all jobs in two hour slots, 08:00 - 10:00, 10:00 - 12:00 etc.
We start at 08:00 & our last collection slot is 16:00 - 18:00, Saturday / Sunday collections are subject to a £15.00 surcharge & a minimum collection of 1/2 a load.
Our rates include a generous labor allowance for loading and clearing up, any extra labor necessary is charged at £12.50 per man per 1/2 hour. If it is expected that extra labor will be necessary you will be advised before work commences or as soon as it has became apparent extra labor is necessary. For heavy loads (such as those comprising soil, rubble or tightly packed paper) we sometimes charge by weight or a combination of weight and volume.
